Financial Overview
Strengths
5- 1
Established relationship with JSW Steel. Its authorised service-partner arrangement supports raw-material sourcing and strengthens its position in the steel-processing supply chain.
- 2
Four manufacturing facilities. Plants across three states help the company serve industrial customers in different regions and manage deliveries efficiently.
- 3
Value-added processing capabilities. Slitting, shearing, embossing and cut-to-length processing allow the company to supply steel according to customers' specifications rather than simply selling raw steel.
- 4
Established industrial customer relationships. The company supplies OEMs and ODMs in the appliance, refrigeration, automotive and electrical-equipment sectors. This creates opportunities for repeat business.
- 5
Growing revenue and profitability. Revenue and profit increased in FY2026 compared with FY2025, indicating continued business growth.
Risks
5- 1
Dependence on JSW Steel. Heavy reliance on one major supplier could expose the company to supply disruptions, changes in commercial terms or difficulties sourcing alternative materials.
- 2
High borrowings. The company reported total borrowings of approximately ₹338.45 crore as of 31 March 2026. Debt creates interest costs and financial risk, particularly if demand weakens.
- 3
Low profit margins. Despite generating substantial revenue, the company operates in a competitive processing business where changes in steel prices, processing costs and customer negotiations can affect profitability.
- 4
Customer concentration. Dependence on a limited number of large industrial customers can create risk if a major customer reduces orders, switches suppliers or delays payments.
- 5
Exposure to industrial cycles and steel-price movements. Demand from appliance manufacturers, automotive companies and other industrial customers can fluctuate with economic conditions. Steel-price volatility may also affect inventory values and working-capital requirements.
