Everything on the site is general information and education. Nothing on it is personalised investment advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or apply for any security, IPO, mutual fund or other financial product.

The site does not know your financial situation, goals or risk tolerance and cannot take them into account. Before acting on anything you read here, do your own research and, where appropriate, consult a professional who is qualified and registered to advise you.

TOP10STOCKS is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser or research analyst, and does not claim to be.

Financial markets involve risk, including the risk of losing the money you invest. Historical information on the site — past stock performance, listing-day gains, year-wise IPO performance, subscription figures, grey market premium, mutual fund returns or anything else — describes what has already happened. It does not predict and does not guarantee future results.

The market information on the site is collected and processed from third-party and public sources: exchange and company announcements (for example NSE), industry bodies (for example the AMFI NAV feed), news providers, and other market-data services. We organise and present that information; we do not originate it.

We work to keep it accurate and current, but you should assume that at any given moment some of it may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, because:

• prices and figures are refreshed on a schedule rather than in real time, and may lag the market;
• a source may publish a correction, a revision or a new announcement after we have fetched it;
• a source may be temporarily unavailable, in which case a page may show older data or no data;
• automated processing of announcements can occasionally misread a figure or a date.

For any decision where a figure matters — an ex-date, a record date, an issue price, an allotment status — verify it against the official source: the exchange, the company, the registrar or the fund house. If you spot an error, please tell us; corrections are welcome.

IPO pages show issue details (dates, price band, lot size, issue size), subscription figures, allotment information, listing-day performance and, where available, grey market premium (GMP). All of it is informational and none of it should on its own decide whether you apply for an issue.

GMP is not official data. It is an indication of the premium at which an IPO's shares are reported to change hands in an unofficial, unregulated grey market before listing. It is not published by any stock exchange or regulator, it is not verifiable, it can be manipulated, and it frequently does not match the actual listing price. We show it because readers ask for it; we do not endorse it as a basis for any decision.

Subscription figures and allotment details are shown as published by the exchanges and registrars at the time we fetched them. Your own application and allotment status must be checked with the registrar or your broker.

Dividend, bonus, split, buyback and rights announcements are collected from exchange filings. Ex-dates, record dates, ratios and amounts are shown as announced; eligibility depends on settlement rules and the company may revise an announcement. Before acting on one — for example buying before an ex-date — confirm the details in the company's own filing on the exchange website.

Any mutual fund information on the site — NAVs, holdings, portfolio composition, returns or other metrics — is research data, provided for information only. NAVs are shown as published by AMFI and may lag the fund house. Fund information here is not an offer, solicitation or recommendation to invest in any scheme; read the scheme documents and consult the fund house or a registered distributor or adviser before investing.

The lessons, glossary, examples and quizzes in the Learn section exist to explain how the Indian market works. They are educational material, written in general terms, and are not advice about any particular investment or about what you personally should do. Rules, rates and timings described in lessons can change; each lesson shows when it was last reviewed, and anything time-sensitive should be checked with SEBI, the exchanges or a registered professional before you rely on it. Quiz results measure understanding of the lesson, nothing more.

You do not need an account to read the site. If you create one, you agree to:

• give accurate details and keep them up to date;
• keep your password private and tell us if you think your account has been misused;
• use one account per person and not share it.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to abuse the site or breach these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

When using the site you agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers or its data;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download content or data by automated means beyond what a normal browser does when you read a page, or at a rate that burdens the site;
• republish substantial parts of the site's content or data as your own, or use the site to build a competing data service;
• submit false, abusive or unlawful material through the contact form or any account;
• interfere with the site's operation or with other users' use of it.

The TOP10STOCKS name and logo, the lessons and articles we write, our original graphics and charts, and the design and software of the site belong to TOP10STOCKS and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, link to and quote short extracts of our content with attribution; you may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it in bulk without permission.

We do not claim ownership of the market data, announcements and news that originate with exchanges, companies, industry bodies and publishers, nor of the company names, stock symbols and logos that appear on the site, which belong to their respective owners. Where a news item comes from an external publisher, we show a summary and link to the source.

The site is funded by advertising served by third parties, including Google AdSense. Ads are chosen by the advertising network, not by us. An advertisement on the site is not an endorsement by TOP10STOCKS of the product, service or company advertised, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser. The site links to external websites — exchanges, company filings, registrars, fund houses, news publishers and others. Those sites are not under our control; we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link does not imply that we endorse them. Use them subject to their own terms.

We aim to keep the site available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, by technical faults, by problems at a data source or hosting provider, or for reasons outside our control. We may change, add or remove features, sections or data at any time without notice, and we do not promise that any particular page or data set will remain available.

The site and its content are provided “as is”, for information and education, without any warranty that they are accurate, complete, timely or fit for a particular purpose.
