Financial Overview
Strengths
4- 1
Diversified business model. Combination of own brands, licensed manufacturing and quick-commerce supply reduces reliance on a single business channel.
- 2
In-house manufacturing. Key processes such as cutting, stitching, finishing and quality control are handled internally at its Jaipur facility.
- 3
Multiple sales channels. Products are distributed through major online fashion/e-commerce platforms as well as the company’s own brand channels.
- 4
Established brand and marketplace relationships. Manufacturing arrangements with multiple fashion labels provide access to established brands and recurring manufacturing opportunities.
Risks
4- 1
Dependence on fashion demand. Changing consumer preferences, fashion trends and seasonal demand can affect sales and inventory levels.
- 2
Outsourcing dependency. Important value-added processes such as dyeing, printing and embroidery are performed by third-party processors, creating dependence on external vendors.
- 3
Borrowings. The company had total borrowings of approximately ₹4.82 crore as of 31 March 2026, creating financial obligations and interest-related risks.
- 4
Small operating scale. As of 31 August 2026, the company had only 33 permanent employees and 35 temporary personnel, which may create operational and scalability challenges as business volumes increase.
