Financial Overview
Strengths
4- 1
Strong railway-infrastructure exposure. Its products are used in traction power supply and OHE systems, directly linking the company to railway and metro electrification projects.
- 2
Specialised product portfolio. Vacuum circuit breakers, vacuum interrupters and other railway electrical components require technical manufacturing capabilities and compliance with industry specifications.
- 3
Integrated manufacturing facility. The Salem facility performs manufacturing, assembly, high-voltage integration, testing and dispatch in-house, providing greater control over production and quality.
- 4
Rapid recent growth. Revenue from operations increased from about ₹2.60 crore in FY2024 to ₹13.56 crore in FY2025 and ₹22.84 crore in FY2026, according to reported IPO data.
Risks
4- 1
Customer concentration. The company's products are primarily supplied to Indian Railways and railway contractors, creating significant dependence on railway-related orders and project spending.
- 2
Government-order dependence. A substantial portion of its business is linked to contracts and procurement by Indian Railways, where tender cycles, project delays or changes in government spending can affect revenue.
- 3
Limited operating history. The company was incorporated only in 2022, giving it a relatively short operating track record compared with established electrical-equipment manufacturers.
- 4
Single manufacturing facility. Manufacturing is concentrated at its Salem facility, so significant disruption caused by equipment failure, fire, natural events or other operational issues could affect production and deliveries.
